Car Conversations after Pick-Up

Are you TIRED of asking your child, "How was school today?" and their response is simply, "Fine." Try the GLAD response…
G - What was good about today?
L - What did you learn today? If they say "nothing" I suggest you start driving right back towards school and tell them you're going to talk to Mrs. D.
A - Is there anything that made you angry at school today?
D - What is tough decision you had to make today? If you have a girl in the car it could be - What drama happened in school today?
