What a wonderful and special week we had in 2B! Your children were AMAZING at the Winter Concert! They sounded beautiful and I loved hearing them sing. Can you believe Thanksgiving is next week? We will only have two days of school! Time is FLYING!

Our Curriculum Next Week...

Literature: We will read Chapter 9: Fun in the Cherry Orchard from The Boxcar Children. Did you receive the information about The Boxcar Children diorama project? Please reach out if you have questions!
Grammar: Our grammar experts will be adding a new jingle to their list ~ prepositions!
Writing: We will spend some time writing about what we are thankful for!
Math: Division and Multiplication Fact Families!
Science: Our scholars will become entomologists as we begin our study of insects. We will learn about what makes an insect an insect through learning about the parts of their body like the head, thorax, and abdomen. We will also study their life cycle. Does it go through incomplete or complete metamorphosis? Finally, our entomologists will design their very own insect!
